Christmas Community

A myriad of helpers once more made sure the Earley St. Peter’s Christmas Fayre was a real treat. The ESPSA team, teaching staff, governors, parents and pupils all gave up their time and talents to ensure festive fun was had by all who attended.

The initial rush saw the ‘sweet tombola’ devoured in record time closely followed by the ‘drinks tombola’ albeit by a different age group. There were a variety of external  craft stalls to cater for those organised enough to be buying presents early and plenty of things to make and games to play for all the young people attending.

There was tremendous support this year for the Christmas cake competition and carrying on the food theme biscuit decorating was very busy although most of their produce was being consumed on site. Sand art, year 6 games, mini-golf and face painting were all very popular but the biggest queues were those patiently waiting to see Santa. The whole event was rounded off with a performance by the school choir.

If you couldn’t make it then see what you missed by watching the video and we hope to see you all next year.

Have a very happy Christmas
